What are "Lights Of Hope"? Lights of Hope are paper bags that will line the pathway at the path at the Hancock County Fights Cancer Block Party. Lights of Hope are $5 each and will be personalized with a name in memory or honor of a friend or loved one who has been affected by cancer.
